: The Devil's Horse is a prop bait, combining a Zara Spook and buzzbait characteristics. Therefore, in my experience, I jerk the bait erratcially with various pause and jerk lengths. : The pause may be 2-4 seconds or no pause at all. Sweeping the rod-tip a distance of 6"-1' may make a difference. : The 'horse' is a good quality, classic bait that has caught thousands of bass and pike. Hope it never becomes extinct, like most of Bass Pro's new, fad-lures. : Sam
